Request account and personal data deletion

   Fill out the form below and provide the email address and/or phone number linked to your account.

   If you still have access to the app, you can also delete the account yourself: Profile → Delete account.

   The Get Job team will review the request and start the deletion process.

   If additional verification is needed, we will contact you using the details you provided.

2What data will be deleted

• account data: first name, last name, email, phone number, and user role;
• profile data: resume, work experience, skills, bio, location, and related settings;
• vacancies, side jobs, and related applications/requests that belong to the account;
• application history, matches, and other personal data associated with the account.

3What data may be retained

• backups may be retained for up to 30 days before automatic deletion;
• minimal technical and anti-abuse logs may be retained for up to 12 months for security and fraud prevention;
• some records may be retained longer if required by law;
• anonymous aggregated statistics may be kept without identifying the user.

4Processing timeline

• requests are usually reviewed within 3 business days;
• primary account data is deleted after the request is confirmed;
• full deletion from backup systems may take up to 30 days.
